Wow ...What an Amazing Stay! Everything was so Perfect. Special Thanks to Kamilia who made our trip so exciting and enjoyable. Kamelia is a professional person full of passion for Hospitality. She helped us in every step of the reservation process. She is the best in Guest Relations. I was upgraded from a Double Room to an Amazing Suit with an Amazing View ..I will never forget Room No. 509. Special Thanks to Baris the Receptionist and the two bell boys (I forget their names:) The breakfast has a huge collection of bread and Pastries types ....We love it! ......Thanks to the chef, the team of the rest. was so polite. The location of the Hotel is very good...In front of the hotel, there are Super Market, an ATM, Banks, a Pharmacy, and Exchange Currency places. I highly recommenced Grand Pasha Hotel .

It's my first visit in Grand Pasha Hotel,it's very best,clean room,very nice spa,restaurants very clean,nice personal,what we need in holidays,swimming pool very clean, and very nice,breakfast very beautiful, I m come back again one month later, and I break my friend

It was great experience to stay Grand Pasha, staffs are very friendly and very kind. Especially there was one amazing grill who worked in guest relation, name is Kamila, she is one of the best one in that hotel, she helped a lot, very knowledgeable and very hospitable, before I wanted to stay another hotel, after she is feedbacks I chose that hotel with our group. And we really liked that hotel. Thank you so much!!!

The best place to stay and feel the warm from stuff. Unsurpassed service. We traveled with family and really like your restaurant. Especially breakfast! So much food, everyone could find what they like. Clean and safe pool. Undoubtably we gonna back to you!

Extremely disappointed !!! We booked this hotel expecting a 5 star and that is not what this hotel is however was the price was of a 5 star. We have stayed in north Cyprus plenty of times but this was our first time at grand pasha which has great reviews maybe some are not genuine. In the whole stay we were not greeted once by any member of staff maybe due to the language barrier. one day the lift was broken and the next we had no water there was no apologies. This holiday was for our wedding so we wanted a special experience we received no upgrade even though we were told we would be upgraded and have VIP for the 2 week stay this ruined our visit for such a special occasion. The food was not plentiful as stated in other reviews. We ended up having to pay to eat out everyday. We did pay for lunch at the hotel on two occasions the food was a good standard but it took over an hour because the hotel staff do not speak English. Also disappointed there is no outside areas for breakfast or dinner just a greenhouse type room with no atmosphere. The sunbeds are extremely comfortable however not enough for the size of the hotel and the flooring around the pool is very slippery. The only positive is the the beds are comfortable and the housemaid who cleaned our room did such a great job.
